IIIF Cloud Services Refunds Policy

1. General Principles

  • Digirati is committed to providing transparent billing and refund practices for all subscribers.
  • The refund process depends on how your subscription is billed: directly by Digirati or through our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”).

2. Direct Billing Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions billed directly by Digirati are generally non-refundable, except as required by law.
  • In accordance with applicable UK law, including consumer protection legislation, you may be entitled to a refund in certain circumstances.
  • Any approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Paddle-Processed Subscriptions

  • Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all subscription payments processed through the Platform.
  • For subscriptions processed via Paddle, all refund requests are handled exclusively by Paddle in accordance with their Buyer Terms https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.
